Privacy and cookies
This information covers the effepinna portfolio and distinguishes necessary services from optional statistics. Updated 9 October 2026.
Controller and contact
The controller is Fabio Pinna. For questions, access, correction, deletion or other rights relating to your data, write to effe.pinnastudio@gmail.com.
Messages to the studio
When you send the contact form, your name, email, optional company, project type and message are forwarded to the studio’s Gmail via Google Apps Script. They are used to answer your request and for any pre-contractual steps, not for newsletters. Do not include unnecessary sensitive data. Correspondence is retained for the time needed to handle your request and any legal obligations. Google provides the email and sending services.
Shop and necessary services
The shop saves the cart identifier and currency in your browser so you can find your selected products again. These functional shopping data are separate from Analytics consent. You can delete them by clearing website data in your browser; this removes your saved cart. Orders, addresses and payments are handled on Fourthwall checkout under its privacy information; the portfolio does not receive your card details.
Optional statistics: Google Analytics 4
Only after you press Accept does the site load Google Analytics 4 by Google and measure page visits. Data may include pseudonymous cookie identifiers, the page visited, the referring website reduced to its domain, country and general device category. Google processes IP addresses to derive approximate location but GA4 does not log or store them. These data are not anonymous: cookies distinguish browsers. Processing is based on your consent, which you can deny or withdraw without losing access to the website.
What we do not send to Analytics
This integration does not send names, emails, messages or payment data; it removes query parameters and fragments from page addresses and uses fixed public titles. It does not measure carts, form submissions or purchases. Google Signals, personalised advertising, user-provided data and enhanced measurement are disabled; granular location and device collection is also disabled. GA4 may generate technical session events in addition to page views.
Cookies, preference and duration
Analytics cookies from this integration use the effepinna_ga prefix and a configured maximum duration of 180 days, without automatic renewal on each visit. Your Accept/Reject choice is stored locally under effepinna:analytics-consent:v1 for 180 days. If you do not choose, or reject, the Google Analytics library does not load. Withdrawing Analytics consent does not delete functional cart or currency data.
Retention and processing by Google
GA4 retention for event data and data associated with user identifiers is set to two months, without resetting on new activity. This limit does not apply to standard aggregated reports. Google processes Analytics data on behalf of the controller under the service terms; processing may involve international transfers subject to the mechanisms described by Google.
Changing your choice or withdrawing
The Cookie preferences button remains available at the bottom left of every page. Open it and press Reject to stop subsequent measurements and delete the cookies created by this integration from your browser. Withdrawal does not retrospectively delete data already sent; contact the controller for data requests. You can also clear website data in your browser settings.
YouTube videos: separate consent
On the Fastweb / Hateful pages, YouTube players are blocked until you consent. Previews are local images and do not connect to YouTube. On the first tap you can accept or reject loading YouTube content; this choice is separate from Analytics. After Accept, only the video you select loads, using youtube-nocookie mode. Google receives technical data such as IP, browser information and the website origin and may use cookies or store information when you use the player, under its privacy information. Your choice is stored in your browser for 180 days; if storage is unavailable it applies only to the current page. You can withdraw through Video preferences on the Fastweb / Hateful pages or the button below: open players are removed and new loads are blocked. Withdrawal cannot delete Google’s cookies from this domain or data already shared. Use your browser and Google account settings to delete them.
External content and links
The website may load technical libraries from CDNs and external video content. These providers receive technical data required for the connection, such as IP and browser information. The consent described here controls Google Analytics; it does not manage cookies on external platforms or Fourthwall checkout. External providers’ privacy information also applies to their services.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, and withdraw consent. You can lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority, for example AEPD in Spain. Analytics consent is not required to contact the studio or use the shop.
