Com-munis

Your words, our actions

Com-munis brings together 22 graphic art prints. I reconstructed hand poses and combined them with letterforms and colour, turning an exploration of communication into works for your wall.

I overlaid these gestures with shapes that try to mimic letters visually, with no set lettering technique: their tension between recognisability and ambiguity conveys the difficulty of communicating and the effort needed to understand each other.
