CASE STUDY / AI IMAGES AND VIDEO

Vallelata:
display campaigns,
AI visuals and video.

Five Vallelata packs suspended above a rural landscape

This case study brings together concepts for vertical display campaigns, also adaptable to social media, dedicated to Vallelata products. The research explores how generative AI can extend the brand’s imagery, connecting rural landscapes to everyday consumption moments: breakfast, an office break and a shared table.

The work combines asset preparation, Art Direction and video production. It starts with key frames defining setting, composition and product presence. AI generation develops movements and transitions between these visuals; sequence selection and editing build the story, with attention to recognisable packaging and visual continuity.

The materials are campaign prototypes designed for vertical and horizontal formats. Each concept tests a different narrative and production possibility: showing product use, highlighting texture or presenting the whole range, exploring settings and visual transitions that would be complex to achieve through traditional production.

Five Vallelata packs suspended above a rural landscape

Comincia cremoso

“Comincia cremoso” brings Cuor di Ricotta to breakfast. In a home kitchen, the product accompanies a simple preparation: ricotta is spread on a crisp slice, moving from packaging to the actual act of consumption.

The scene is built around breakfast for one, with objects, light and shots that make the context familiar. Someone preparing and tasting the product adds a human dimension: the story shows how ricotta enters the morning routine.

The following gallery brings together four reference images. They define the concept’s visual steps: the pack in the rural landscape, preparation at the table, tasting and a detail of ricotta on the spoon. These images guide sequence generation, connecting the brand’s imagery to product use.

Close shots focus on texture and creaminess, while AI transitions and animations build continuity between scenes. The edit maintains a short, direct rhythm for display content adaptable to social media, with particular attention to vertical viewing and recognisable packaging.

Tutto è campagna

“Tutto è campagna” tells the story of Cuor di Ricotta’s versatility through three moments of the day: breakfast at home, an office break and studying. The product changes context but stays central in every scene. The creative idea is to carry the flavour of the countryside into urban everyday life.

The video starts from three key images, one for each setting, shown in the following gallery. The key frames establish pack presence, composition and light; AI generation develops the movements and transitions that turn these visuals into a campaign sequence.

The enclosed settings gradually open onto the landscape. This transition reveals the link between places of consumption and Vallelata’s natural imagery: countryside, origin and tradition become part of the story even when the product is on a desk or an urban dining table.

The result is an example of a display campaign designed for social media adaptation too. The three situations offer a base for versions dedicated to different consumption moments, maintaining the same narrative principle and visual continuity between vertical and horizontal formats.

Product ad

This concept focuses the story on the product, from Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP to Bocconcini Ripieni. Packaging, ingredients and white surfaces create a minimal setting in which pack shape and product texture become the main visual elements.

Here too, the campaign video is developed from three key frames. The images define reference compositions; AI generation builds the transitions between frames, introducing camera movements, scale changes and animations of elements in the scene.

Close details highlight softness, surfaces and the rendering of material. Wider shots bring attention back to the packaging, alternating product recognition with a more sensory representation. Light and palette connect the different products within the same campaign language.

The sequences are designed as short display campaign content, adaptable to social media formats. Individual product modules can be edited together or used separately to develop coherent variants without starting from a new visual framework each time.

Horizontal Vallelata video

The horizontal film brings the Vallelata range together in a video concept for advertising campaigns and YouTube. The products are initially suspended above an open landscape: a composition using the countryside as a visual reference to the brand’s origins and imagery.

The story then moves to a shared table, connecting that evocative dimension to a concrete occasion for consumption. The visuals and AI transitions connect these contexts, keeping the packs recognisable and the sequence continuous.

Compared with individual product content, this prototype focuses on range recognition and the brand story. The horizontal format gives more space to the landscape and relationships between products, with an approach geared towards brand awareness.
